Resident Supervisor * Tutor Mentor/Counselor

Due to COVID, Student must be vaccinated to stay on campus

Who we are:

Upward Bound is a federally funded educational opportunity program that prepares eligible high school students to enter and succeed in post-secondary education. The 6-week summer program includes academic, cultural, and recreational activities, creating a community environment where adolescents may develop personal and social skills in an atmosphere of respect while pursuing their academic dreams.


Residental Supervisor & Asst Resident Supervisor

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or currently enrolled with a 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Experience working with underserved students
  • Direct and supervise staff and services to students.
  • Maintain and enforce staff and student compliance with program rules
  • Develop social and cultural activities
  • Free room and board, Salary $3562 for 7 weeks (Inc.Training week)


 Tutor Mentor/Counselor 

  • GPA 2.7 or higher
  • Current sophomore or higher
  • 24-hour Supervision of high school students.
  • Programming events to enrich student's experience.
  • Academic tutoring: high school Math/Science/English
  • Attend Sunday mandatory staff meetings
  • Free room and board, pay varies on position 7 weeks ( week)
